Description

General Julius the Clown earned his four stars commanding naval forces in the Silly Islands. Never defeated in battle, General Julius believed in hard work, discipline, and playing cards with pictures of drunken monkeys, the latter being the usually bizarre choice of gifts that little children often walked away from crying. These days, Julius spends most of his time in his little garden, burning trash and old electronics with a giant magnifying glass.
